2. This website provides links to external websites, services, products, that are not owned or operated by Hourglass Brewing. While we practice our internal due diligence, use of any external link is at the risk of the user.
3. We collect personally identifiable information for use in our newsletters and social media. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

REFUND POLICY

Hourglass Brewing takes customer satisfaction very seriously. We are here to serve you! In the event that a problem arises with an online order of any product, contact us immediately by email at goodtimes@hourglassbrewing.com, or by phone at (407) 256 0056. We will do our best to correct the problem as quickly as possible.

Hourglass Brewing and all subsidiary domains (www.hourglassbrewing.com, www.thehourglassbrewery.com, www.thehourglassbrewery.net, www.sourglassbrewing.com, www.flsmash.com, www.flsmashfest.com, www.flsmashfest.com, www.floridasmashbeerfestival.com) use in-house, private label, and print-on-demand merchandising options. We do our best to ensure the highest quality product to our customers, but will not be held liable if a product does not meet the standards of the buyer. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make sure your needs are met.

Products that have been opened or consumed will not be returned.

Merchandise and products cannot be returned after 60 days purchase.

If you do not receive your order, or if you receive an incorrect order, we will offer to correct the mistake within 60 days of purchase, through an offer of a gift card, an item of comparable value, a full or partial refund – depending on the circumstances.

We do our best to make every customer happy, and we’re sure to find a resolution to any potential snag that may arise. By ordering from our website you are agreeing to our refund policy.
