Hourglass Brewing takes customer satisfaction very seriously. We are here to serve you! In the event that a problem arises with an online order of any product, contact us immediately by email at goodtimes@hourglassbrewing.com, or by phone at (407) 256 0056. We will do our best to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
Hourglass Brewing and all subsidiary domains (www.hourglassbrewing.com, www.thehourglassbrewery.com, www.thehourglassbrewery.net, www.sourglassbrewing.com, www.flsmash.com, www.flsmashfest.com, www.flsmashfest.com, www.floridasmashbeerfestival.com) use in-house, private label, and print-on-demand merchandising options. We do our best to ensure the highest quality product to our customers, but will not be held liable if a product does not meet the standards of the buyer. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make sure your needs are met.
Products that have been opened or consumed will not be returned.
Merchandise and products cannot be returned after 60 days purchase.
If you do not receive your order, or if you receive an incorrect order, we will offer to correct the mistake within 60 days of purchase, through an offer of a gift card, an item of comparable value, a full or partial refund – depending on the circumstances.
