FESTBIER

In the shadows of Neuschwanstein Castle, Accordine barley grows. With waves of golden chaff, farmers tend to fertile fields that stretch rolling green for centuries. Epiphany Craft Malt sources us a rare and authentic taste of Germany with this unique barley varietal, hand malted in the ways of old, that begets the bones of Festbier.

Prost! Spicy, herbal, clean, and toasty, this medium bodied German-style lager beams like a blazing sunset. Hearty notes of warm biscuit and barley swell throughout, reminiscent of the grassy winds and water-chapped cliffs of fairytale-esque Bavaria!

HESSIAN

Soldiers triumph, or bleed red and die. Grab a glass, the time is nigh! Hessian is a steadfast amalgam of three styles of our favorite autumnal lagers - from both modern and old world. A battalion of Mecca Grade custom estate malts stampede throughout the blend, lending it a haunting aroma.

A malty rye backbone feuds with phantom whispers of chocolate and raisin. Rustic cereal and honey charge through a golden amber tinged dusk, only to be cut down with spicy notes of white pepper and fresh cut hay. A crisp finish booms on the palate, leaving only the echoes of screaming cannons that cast soldiers down to kiss foreign soil.

Longwood Landbier

Kellerbier

Inspired by the kellerbiers of the German Franconia region, Hourglass's Landbier is a crisp, clean lager that is gently carbonated, and well balanced between malt and hop character. Notes of toasted bread, a hint of caramel sweetness, and spiced cashew, make Landbier a cool, malty drinker.

Frankie Rock

Hefeweizen

Conquerers of jagged cliffs and courageous climbs deserve nothing less than delicious, hearty brews. Frankie Rock is a classic Bavarian-style Hefeweizen that radiates bountiful notes of ripe banana, spicy clove, and flourishes of sweet bubblegum. A roaring, frothy head sits atop a heavenly haze that roils it’s soft and crisp body. The silky mouthfeel soothes with a sigh of wheaty goodness and finishes with a gentle nudge to have another.
